SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIPTION: 57-room 26,950 sqft hotel, 4,000 sqft restaurant with deck, 4,050 sqft 40-bed hostel, for total building area of 35,000 sqft. Combining all 3 lots to create 1 overall site/project. Located at Green Lantern and PCH.
ADVERTISED DESCRIPTION: The 35,000-square-foot project includes a 57-room hotel, 4,000 square feet of restaurant space plus 2,851 square feet of outdoor dining, an 800-square-foot visitor center and 52-bed hostel. Parking will be in a subterranean parking structure. The development will also link to trails in the adjacent Headlands nature preserve and feature a rich green roof to ease visual impact from the neighboring homes that look down onto the hotel.
